At Karli Health Centre, we want to do our best to provide you with the services that meet your needs. It is important that you let us know how you feel about the work that we do with you.
You may want to tell us something that we do well, a compliment. It’s always nice when someone tells you that you did a good job!
Or you may have an idea or suggestion about what we could do better or something new that we could do. We like to know people’s ideas!
Or you may not be happy about how we work with you or something we did, a complaint. It’s very important to tell us when you are not happy about something. Then, we can work together to try to solve the problem or find different solutions.
We want your feedback. So, how can you let us know about your compliment, suggestion or complaint?
It is easy, just contact us! You can do this either in writing or in Auslan. For Auslan talks, let us know you want to talk and we will find a time that suits you and us to talk about your feedback.
We prefer if you will contact us first, especially with complaints. But you don’t have to. If you are unhappy with Karli Health Centre’s services or its staff, you can contact outside organisations.
