The following is information that you need to know before making a purchase from Karli Health Centre’s Shop:

 

1. Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds for “change of mind” or if you are not happy with the product.

If the goods that you buy are faulty, damaged or not fit for purpose, we will exchange the item at no cost to you.  If you believe that we have misrepresented our goods, we will negotiate with you about a refund or replacement.

The purchase of services – such as for Yoga Retreats – are not refundable if you change your mind.  Purchasing services means that you have committed to participate in the service or event.  For unforeseen illness (medical certificate required), a credit will be applied that you can use for a future service.

 

2. All purchases – whether for goods or services – are in Australian Dollars.  Stripe will be used to process your payment.  It is a safe and secure way to collect payments through the Internet.  All online credit card purchases on this site use Stripe for secure payments and Karli Health Centre does not keep your credit card details.

 

3. When you purchase goods, Karli Health Centre will arrange for delivery of the item to your nominated address by using Australia Post. Estimated delivery time of goods through Australia Post is five to seven days.  However, Karli Health Centre cannot be held responsible for delays within Australia Post.

 

4. Karli Health Centre will keep your personal details (name, address, contact email) as part of your order. However, we will not provide this information to any other organisation or individual unless we are legally required to do so.
