National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
If you have NDIS funding, you may be able to use it for our mental health services.
Plan-managed, self-managed, and NDIA-managed participants can use their funding.
Our team can help you check whether your plan includes psychology, counselling, or other supports.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Some workplaces offer confidential counselling for their employees through an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
If your employer has EAP, you may be able to see us at no cost to you.
Ask your workplace HR team if you are covered, or contact us for help.
- KHC currently accepts referrals from AccessEAP, Converge International, and PeopleSense

Family Reconciliation Mediation Program (FRMP)
If you are a young person leaving care, or have recently left care, you may be eligible for funding through the Family Reconciliation Mediation Program (FRMP), facilitated by the Melbourne City Mission (MCM).
Karli is registered to provide counselling services through FRMP
We can guide you through the process of checking your eligibility
- See more information about the FRMP in this flyer.

Aged Care Packages
Older people receiving support through aged care packages may also be able to use this funding for mental health services.
Speak with your aged care provider to see if counselling or psychological support can be included.

Private Payment
If you are not eligible for the above funding, you can choose to pay privately.
We keep our fees transparent and will discuss costs with you before you start.
