Deaf Trauma Introduction – presentation by Karli
In this workshop, you will learn what are the ongoing issues, symptoms and signs of the 6 Deaf Traumas and observe these in Deaf and HoH children and adults. See more in the flyer.

Deaf Heart Stories and Healing Project Group
In this workshop, you will learn several skills related to self-healing, such as team bonding, trust building, and building stronger resilience. You will gain an understanding of the 6 Deaf development keys, Erikson’s 8 life spans, and Deaf identity formation.

Self Care - Look after yourself first before you help others
In this workshop, you will learn some wellbeing tools to practice at home, as well as how to increase self-awareness, countertransference and transference (psychology concepts).

Fit & Healthy Living – workshop by Leesa
In this workshop, you will learn how to build the top three healthy habits in a safe setting. You will learn chair movements and breathing tools to manage stress and have the opportunity to do water movement activities. See more in the flyer.
