Karli, Level 2 Yoga Teacher, will be providing visual instructions and gentle-hand adjustments meaning there will be minimal language instructions in her yoga classes.  How will this happen? Karli will guide you slowly and mindfully by showing their yoga movements and gently adjusting your body with their hands throughout class.  She will also show you some simple hand gestures, for example, "inhale" and "exhale" breaths, to help you to follow them.  Some students prefer silent classes without vocal instructions which is a fantastic opportunity for us to go within ourselves to "listen" and observe our minds through yoga and breathing movements.  You may be surprised to learn more about your thought patterns and learn new tools how to control unnecessary thoughts.  These classes are rare and hard to find in the increasingly noisy world. All participants are welcome to try a sample class for free.
